NRC System can be utilized as per the choice of the Architect or acoustic consultants’ requirement. 50mm thick Rockwool 48kg/m3 density along with Wood Fiber Board of 400kg/m3 Density to increase sound absorption value as per Acoustic Consultant’s design.



Stretch Fabric Acoustical wall paneling system consisting of FR Grade NRC fabric with a high-performance Polypropylene core for softness and acoustically transparent Jute Fabric as a face covering as per selected color, Fabric stretched by using a combination of Strut and Tracks, along with Wood fiber Panel size of 600x1200x15mm, 15mm Wood Fiber base over 50mm high GI Channel, the system is backed with the acoustical infill 50mm thick Polyester Fiber /Rock wool. The item includes a strut system of the thickness of 0.55mm, length of 3600mm, knurled web of 40mm, depth of 10mm, and equal flanges of 15mm is fastened to a primary wall paneling system behind horizontally at 600mm canters. 15mm Wood Fiber Panel base is then installed on the strut along the marking lines with metal fasteners at 300mm canters. as per Architectural & Acoustical Design & Instructions & Complete in all aspects.
