Acoustic Wood Fiber Fabric Wrapped Panels made out of Wood fiber Magnesite Cement Winded Panel having thickness 25 mm with Fabric Wrapped. The size of the panel is 600x1200 mm. Wood fiber panel has a density of 400kg/m3, a weight of 12kg/m2, NRC Value 0.85-0.95 minimum, eco-friendly, Fire Ratings Class 1, Thermal Resistance. The final color of the material and design horizontal or vertical to be approved by the consultant/architect to ensure the final looks of the installation are as per the design intended.  Installed by using strut framework system with non-visible fasteners using strut H-spline. The panels should be wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent fabric as per the approved shade including providing necessary grooves. The system is backed with the acoustical infill of 50mm thick Polyester Fiber /Rock wool.

Installation of Acoustic Fabric panels can be done over H profile with NRC System of 50mm high GI Framework infilled with 50mm thick Rockwool, H Profile can be drilled over GI framework and then Fabric Panels slides through concealed groove as a final finish. Fabric Wrapped Acoustic Wall Panel fixing as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer.
